The Formation & Objectives
From the Founder President's Desk
Mr.Jagadish Walawalkar
At the outset, let me thank everyone of you for helping us in making the Association broad based. Now the structure of Association consists of one central committee and eight zonal committees involving 50+ class owners in running of MCOA. I am sure this structure and involvement of more members in running MCOA will further develop our organisation and help in serving the members in a better way. As per the plan, Zonal Committee is supposed to handle programmes relating to the members and Central Committee has to take care of the whole Coaching Class Industry. I suggested various issues which Central Committee can take care of. These issues include creating entry barriers, helping government in framing rules and regulations, improving the image of Coaching Class Industry, to name a few.
From the President's Desk
Mr. Prajesh Trotsky
“It is indeed a great honour & privilege to serve as the President of MCOA. MCOA is an Association for all the coaching classes who believes in the magic of togetherness and want to grow by learning from each other’s sharing and experiences and safe guarding our community.
Our continuing ability to stand up to various problems faced by every small coaching classes and their teachers , to engage in issues of common concern like Taxations and Policy making , to insist on better work conditions has all been possible due to the trust and continued support of our members. They all are our strength.
Though the initial goal was to address the challenges and issues faced by the coaching classes in Mumbai and its outskirts , MCOA has now started to spread its wings across Maharashtra. We now purse a bigger vision to form a Federation of all Coaching Classes Association Pan India. We also look forward to gain the MSME status for our Industry and work towards on having A Code of Conduct for safeguarding us from the challenges arising within and from the external forces.
United we stand and united we will remain standing for the well-being and prosperity of our fellow Class owners and our community at large.”
